Step back in time and experience history at the Skirmish for Fordsville, September 4–6, 2026, at the historic John Ford Home in Sandy Hook. This three-day living history event brings the past to life with cannon demonstrations, military encampments, guided tours, hands-on history activities, and artillery displays featuring one of the largest collections in the region. Visitors can explore the historic John Ford Home, interact with living history participants, and enjoy activities and exhibits for all ages. Food trucks, vendors, and sutlers will also be on site throughout the weekend.
