Village of Grace

Village of Grace is a nonprofit elder care organization rooted in Columbia, Mississippi, dedicated to providing culturally affirming, community-based housing and support for rural veterans and Medicaid-eligible seniors. Our mission is to ensure that aging and healing happen in place—surrounded by dignity, legacy, and belonging.
We operate a licensed Personal Care Home on Jackson Avenue and are actively expanding to develop a co-housing facility that will serve up to 50 residents with trauma-informed care, ADA-compliant design, and integrated Medicaid Waiver services. Our model blends housing, case management, and transportation support to meet the unique needs of rural elders and veterans.
Village of Grace is proud to collaborate with local businesses, civic leaders, and organizations—including the VFW Post, Columbia Police Department, and Fire Department—to build a future where elder care is not only accessible, but deeply rooted in the values of our community.
